Terms of Services
By Commissioning me you agree to these terms and conditions:
1. Any Artwork I make I can post to my social media and use as reference for future buyers.
2. You will not under any circumstances delete, alter or change my watermark/signature.
3. I am allowed to refuse any commission I do not wish to draw.
4. Commission time may vary depending on complexity of your piece, please allow between 2-30 business days.
5. 50% deposit on all commissions upfront, the remainder of your bill must be paid once your piece is completed.
6. Any requested changes after the sketches are complete will result in an upcharge. Minimal change is free of charge.
7. In the unfortunate event there is a delay in your art piece you will be notified of the delay.
8. In the event that you've changed your mind about your purchase and art was drawn deposits are not refundable.
9. Commercial Usage of your new art piece is +400% of the commission cost. If you plan on reselling my art, you may NOT remove my signature and claim it as your own.
10. Becoming aggressive, flirtatious, or harrasment will result in your piece not being completed, you will not receive any refund for your payment(s), and you will be blocked.
